Phonak India launched Extended Warranty Contract (EWC) in August 2009. Almost all Phonak products are accompanied with 2 years basic warranty, valid within India. Now at a very nominal and affordable cost , user can get in to a EWC & can avail further 2 years extension for warranty. This gives the user, a commitment to use the Hearing Instruments for total of four years with Phonak Warranty & full service support anywhere in India at any of the Phonak authorized service centers. EWC does not only provide trouble free service for 4 years but also gives dealers a confidence in the product so that their users will be benefited from the Phonak products for a longer time.
